Cool idea. I am making the Peshwa more like Scythians than native americans, but the situation could be similar. Of course, I am also drawing on Dune Fremen vs. Harkonnens here...

Actually, I think the Dragons would be the closest to Shai Hulud. It would be interesting if the Peshwa had a similar relationship to those...
