Well, I will contiue to happily ignore the eastern Hak but if it helps your outline, I was thinking of the american west in the mid 1800's with the plains indians, US army presence and wagon trains to California and such.

Cool idea. I am making the Peshwa more like Scythians than native americans, but the situation could be similar. Of course, I am also drawing on Dune Fremen vs. Harkonnens here...
