I think this points to a lesser noble house.

Yeah, I agree. Sir Kristopher of Caldeel of House Caldeel (MMRPG Episode 66) is of the lesser house Caldeel with lands near Blackmoor.

There is a noble house (most likely lesser as well) in Episode 42 as well:

“Allow me to introduce myself,” says the noble, “I am Adjutant judge Farlon Hightower and I am the noble born benefactor of this village.

Hightower should be another lesser house then!

Adjutant Judge is an interesting title.

What village is he referring to?
