Just found the sales figures for 2011:
1 Pathfinder (Paizo)

3 Dark Heresy/Rogue Trader/Deathwatch (Fantasy Flight Games)
4 Dragon Age (Green Ronin Publishing)
5 Shadowrun (Catalyst Game Labs)
