Into the Doors of Eryx is a Stellar Adventures mini-campaign in space openly inspired to a lovecraftian novel. The geographic / planetary references are generally to the world of Titan, that is the default location of Advanced Fighting Fantasy, that is the fantasy counter part of Stellar Adventures RPG. This mini-campaign has been published in six parts on the fanzine The Warlock Returns (issues #7 to #13).
The bit that -might- be probably a reference to Blackmoor is on the last part of the campaign, where on the planet Eryx is encountered a Chthuluesque, overpowerful creature called Khoot (vaguely resembling a huge, lovecraftian frog) and, if this creature is dispatched, the players will eventually become aware that, on their native planet (Titan), there several burrowing spawns of Khoot.
Am I the only one that guesses that this is likely to be a reference to the Egg of Coot and the burrowers?
