Out of my humble experience, I noticed that we don't have a lot of quick and easy to find NPCs that could be a connection to metaorganizations.
Is it worth setting up an ad hoc thread or modify an existing one where we can add canon and perhaps also non canon NPCs (where there is nothing in canon) that could do that?

I vote we call any such repository "Rogues, Regents, and Rascals."

I think this is a great idea! I think the organizations make much more sense when you can associate them with some characters. For instance, the Silent Guard is kind of a vague group, untill I considered that it was run by Svenny.
All the metaorganizations can be
found here.
Or if you want an even more ambitious project, I have a much more
extensive list of organizations here.

That does seem appropriate somehow...

If I remember correctly, only the Eldritch Wizards have plenty of NPCs that we can use (maybe beefing up a bit the descriptions) and the Fairwind Circus have a couple of well detailed NPC... and the Silent Guard have the mythical Great Svenny, of course.
The other Metaorgs don't have canon NPCs, as far as I remember... am I right? How about out of canon? I would like to honour amateur creations, if we are aware of them...

Some of the Metaorgs are based on organizations from the d20 Blackmoor Players Guide. Most of those have names of NPCs attached to them. I'm not at home at the moment so I can't give them to you, but that is a good place to start.
Fan created NPCs are also welcome!
