How about an alternate Greyhawk in which Uther is King of an independent Blackmoor, waging war against Iuz?

Love the idea! Frankly I always considered the official Greyhawk Blackmoor a wasted opportunity. Not only did it not use Blackmoor but it didn't even put anything worthwhile in it's place.
