Module DA1 describes Blackmoor as it appears in the year 1025. When the D20 CS was published, they decided to advance the setting by 5 years. Interestingly it does not appear that the events of DA1-4 are assumed to have taken place over those 5 years. The Temple of the Frog and the Valley of the Ancients are still out there. And the Afridhi are still in command of the Duchy of Ten. So what has happened in those 5 years. The timeline gives us nothing.
