Does anyone know if Raymond E Feist's "Nakor the Blue Rider" was influenced by Blackmoor's own Blue Rider?

Hmm...no idea, but it doesnt seem too unlikely does it?

I must admit that I have never read any of Feist's works  , but from what I have been able to gather about Nakor, he does not seem to be anything like Blackmoor's Blue Rider. The name could still be a reference to Willem of the Heath though...

Well, he added me as a friend, but no answer to the question yet.
With over 1,000 friends I expect he gets swamped.
I checked out his website and the Wiki site, but there was no information on the inspiration for the character.
