It seems that the author, Michael Curtis eventually decided to expand this into a fully fledged module published by Goodman Games as The Forgotten Treasures of the Croaking Fane. https://goodman-games.com/blog/2017/01/1...king-fane/

I don't know if this lead to the author removing the original. I will try to contact him and find out.

I have run the Croaking Fane as part of my Blackmoor Living World campaign https://blackmoor.mystara.us/forums/show...0#pid32060 not long ago. It was easy to incorporate, smooth to run, and it was a strong addition to the campaign.
