EPISODE 90: City of the Gods (Medium)
By: Harley Stroh
Quote:Deep in the heart of the harsh landscape of the Valley of the Ancients lies Blackmoor's greatest mystery, an accursed place the local desert tribes know only as the City of the Gods. One royal expedition to the site has already failed to return and now you must traverse unforgiving wilds and dangers untold in search of the turth of the missing expedition.

This part of this adventure arc is a bit strange (this enemy comes from a very different place and it sounds quite an "artificial" meeting), but it nevertheless keeps building up the story arc.
He's a real Nowhere man, sitting in his Nowhere land,
making all his Nowhere plans for Nobody.

During season 4 there were a lot of important story arcs reaching a great conclusion, but this risks to be a story arc left at a cliffhanger...

Yes, there was a story arc here meant to be closed out in 90-high tier dealing with the Saint... It was meant to be the closing for season 4, the end of the 3.5e rules era, and had hints of the 4e rules era Blackmoor stuff in it.
It never got more than an outline, as I literally ran out of time due to all the other CMP matters going on then.
