I never played this, but nearly all of the Gold Box AD&D games are available for free as abandonware. If you have DOSBOX you can run them on modern computers. In the last few years I have played through Pool of Radiance and Curse of the Azure Bonds. Amusing stuff with plenty of nostalgia value.

I used to play Caverns of Zoarre on my 8088. Before that I had a Kaypro 4 that ran CP/M and came with a knock-off Star Trek game and a text adventure called Vampire.
