Keres is Thanatos?

Possibly the Old Ones gave a Multiverse to the Outer Bengs and another to Mystara's multiverse immortals (to prove themselves and try getting "promoted"...)

The Outer Beings are a fan creation by James Mishler and Geoff Gander, but as the story goes the Outer Beings are much more powerful than demons and perhaps even more powerful than the Immortals. At some point in early creation history there was a great war between Immortals and the Outer Beings which ended with the Outer Beings being banned from this Multiverse and to the Dimensions beyond the Vortex Dimension.

Their main contact with the Multiverse is through the Dimension of Nightmares where their servitors still live.

Thanatos is one of those Immortals who try to bring the Outer Beings back, which would mean the destruction of the Multiverse.

I just found, by pure chance, that, according to nobody less than Hesiod, Keres is Thanathos' brother... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moirai
He's a real Nowhere man, sitting in his Nowhere land,
making all his Nowhere plans for Nobody.
