I would suggest that we skip Ropecon this year, and instead do something else:
Since this is the last year of the LFC, what about if we organize a meetup somewhere? Dave and Kintire are from the UK, as well some other of our acquaintances here, so why not capitalize on that?  Also, it's cheaper. I think I won't make it to the US until 2013, but probably a big in-person reunion somewhere in the states could also be done at some point.

Sure, no pressure there, man! - Now, if we get it done, that would surely be awesome!
Next year, my schedule won't be asd tight as this year, so there's not so much need for long-term planning.
