Poll: Which races would you allow?

This question is for any edition, but I will use the D20 DAB Campaign Sourcebook to illustrate my point. This book lists the following options for races in Blackmoor:

Human, Thonian
Human, High Thonian
Human, Peshwah
Dwarf
Elf, Cumasti
Elf, Westryn
Elf, Half-Elf
Gnome
Halfling, Common
Halfling, Docrae
Half Orc

My question is, would you allow any races beyond the ones listed above? Which one(s)? Some examples listed in the poll
