Skandaharian Cultural Society

This is a pretty curious organization. Given that Skandaharias still raid the cities where the society is active, I could really see this group loosing popularity quickly, especially if the relations with the Skandaharians grows worse.

That was the intent in creating it. I expected the group to be viewed as weird eccentrics. Episode 53 opens with a typical group 'meeting'.
