It seems that the author, Michael Curtis eventually decided to expand this into a fully fledged module published by Goodman Games as The Forgotten Treasures of the Croaking Fane. https://goodman-games.com/blog/2017/01/1...king-fane/

I don't know if this lead to the author removing the original. I will try to contact him and find out.
