The Ursai were created by Rafael for the Last Fantasy Campaign which was ran here at The Comeback Inn. Rizak the Really Horrible was one of the players in this campaign and helped flesh out their culture for his character in the game.
Bearfolk of course have a history going back to the Stellar IV campaign which crossed over with the original Blackmoor campaign.
I incorporated the Ursai into my work on CBI 3 - Bleakwood, but I only had time to provide 3E stats for that booklet (which is intended to be all-edition friendly). I also wanted to provide PC rules for classic D&D.
