does anyone have the "conversion" documents for the living campaign?

There wasn't a "conversion document", per se, for Redwood Scar; there was a 7 page map and puzzle pack that just reprinted handouts from the module*. MMRPG Episode 5 was the supplement that went with it. There was also a 10-page "preview" document that was released ahead of the module*.

As far as Temple of the Frog, there was a 5 page downloadable supplement on Sandfolk of the Valley*, MMRPG Episode 33 (which served as a direct prelude/intro to the module), and MMRPG Episode 34 (the MMRPG supplement for TTotF).
