Who Wrote the Wizards Cabal?

From Ari Marmell's website it seems that Ari contributed to chapter 1 of the Wizards Cabal. I think Jeff Quinn wrote most of the rest of that book. Although I think both are excellet game designers, I found this book to be a little disappointing. There is definitely good stuff in the book, but there are also parts I do not like as much as many other books in the Blackmoor series.
