Is the "one on Greyhawk", the adventure where Gary DM'ed for the group?

Svenny was an NPC in Gary's adventure, but yes. I found out about it after the fact from Dave A.

Do you have any specific memories of any of these places? I'd be interested in hearing about those.

Sadly, while I remember them happening, no real details after 35-39 years. That portal in the Comeback Inn was always there, even if we didn't know it.

Richard Snider also ended up in a WW2 battle with the Japanese. There was a rusty Japanese tankette outside the Freehold in the old days that was moved to Newgate sometime after Svenny became baron there (no fuel or ammo left, sorry).

Giving the PCs flying capabilities does create all sorts of problems. I wonder if we could tie this into a story though. Why they disappeared and so on...

Yes, but the peaks might be a better location for them (in my opinion). I think of the Peshwa as American indians or maybe Mongols/Tartars. With the dragon hills in their vacinity they might be more likely to be found riding dragons than Rocs.
