Dog Duke:

Sounds all good to me except for one thing. I don't see him inheriting the dukedom from the bloody duke, or being related to him in any way. Rather I like the idea that he is new blood appointed as succesor to the heirless Bloody Duke, and sent north by the emporer specifically to oppose the ID threat.

Thanks for the input! yeah this sounds good. I may have to revise my description of the Dog Duke's court mage a bit, but that is okay. It looks like we are slowly developing a more nuanced vision of the Blackmoor Id conflict.
