I own the hardcover book. It's alright, and given that it's the only version of Tekumel currently in print, it might be worth a look for everyone who is generally interested in the topic. Overall, my personal impression was that it's not so much a book for a campaign in Tekumel, as much as it is a book about the Tekumel style of play. Not yet sure what to make of it, but - I like what I am reading, so far.
