The name Plane of Ephemera was introduced in the MMRPG Season 3. Although those modules technically were deemed "unofficial", the concept of a Fey Realm goes back to older parts of Blackmoor lore and also fan material like RobJN's works.
What I would like to do is collect information about the Faery Realm of Blackmoor from various official and unofficial sources:
FFC
Not much here, but the mentions of Pixies serving the Wizard of the Wood is worth mentioning.
AiF:
Its relevance to Blackmoor is up to debate, but this has lots of detail on creatures known as Faerrie, who can be benign, but have a tendency to steal babies etc.
ZGG Books:
Much of the lore on elves can be pulled in here, in particular the Fey Lord and Spirit Warrior PrCs.
MMRPG:
Season 3 introduces the name Ephemera for the Plane, the Queen of the Fey, Fey Mounds etc.
