Interesting Dan!
I particularly like the fact that you included Dragon Island like that. I figured it might be an insland within a lake or something but this is perhaps more interesting.
Having Salik as a separate country is interesting too. Cirkhosia as we discussed elsewhere was pretty randomly placed where I put it so I'm inclined to move it in my next version as well.
The Western and Eastern Skandaharians don't make that much sense. Eastern and Western are derived from which direction they attacked Blackmoor. The Raiders of the West simply didnt have access to the North Sea. The Raiders of the East didnt have access to central Blackmoor untill the Egg of Coot flooded the elven lands.
