I thought it was a pretty fair review although I, too, think Temple of the Frog is undervalued. That may be because I've always liked tactical adventures with commando-style player characters overcoming great odds through stealth and wile. On the whole I would agree that Supplement II is a very narrowly focussed book that you could easily do without if you were not into aquatic adventures. And I have never liked player druids. Assassins are fine if you want to run a city campaign.
