If you're including AD&D monsters, there's the malenti (mutant sahuagin who superficially resemble, and infiltrate the societies of, sea elves). The Sea Devils introduced a race (which also appears in 3e's Stormwrack) called the anguiliians, an eel-like race that were later transformed by a deity to become the sahuagin. The other named variants are sahuagin weresharks and seawolves.
