The Regency Council is the name of the Moderators of this forum. The name is from Uther's Regency Council, which is made up of the King's Barons as well as the rulers of the demihumans who collectively work as Blackmoor's governing body.
So I guess we have a bit of a more limited role than those other groups you mention. I think all of Blackmoor's fans should be part in promoting and developing the setting though
