Not sure how Outer Beings can really be the Ultimate Evil (there are plenty of Evil Demons within Mystara's multiverse immortals, so maybe that's just a "rumor"...).
Possibly the Old Ones gave a Multiverse to the Outer Bengs and another to Mystara's multiverse immortals (to prove themselves and try getting "promoted"...)
