Oh my god, I just read through the Pathfinder Inner Sea World Guide. The similarities between the Realm of Numeria and Blackmoor are too strong to ignore. Clearly it is a tribute to Blackmoor in the same way the rest of the setting is a tribute to Greyhawk (With bits of Ravenloft, Spelljammer and Mystara/Hollow World also thrown in).
Some interesting tidbits:
As with most products giving homage to Blackmoor, there is the choice of being bitter about it or liking it. Personally I think this is fantastic. I plan on pestering the Pathfinder fans about this connection from now on untill they come here and want to learn more about Blackmoor, the real Numeria 8)

Some interesting tidbits:
- The Technic League seems very close to the Wizards Cabal, although they rely more on technology. They are actually referred to as "a cabal"! I might actually steal some of the things from the Technic League and incorporate it into my Blackmoor setting.
- A Crashed Spaceship
- Technological items like laser weapons and whatnot.
- The King is in league with the wizards.
- The Felldales are suspiciously reminiscent of the Vales
- The capital is called Starfall, reminiscent of Starport?
- Illustration on p 145 has a guy with a glowing sword!
- King is known as the Black Sovereign. DA1 talks of Black Uther, as the Thonians call him.
