Possibly, although too many fliers can easily get out of hand in a campaign. As Dave Arneson's group experienced before Dave whisked the creatures out of existence.
Definitely wouldn't want the skies getting too crowded. I like the idea of "tailgunner" archers. :twisted:

Afridhi: Pteranodons. They were bred by the Egg, but escaped and some were captured by the Afridhi.
Elves: Griffons
Later on more mechanical flying contraptions might become available.
