Happy Dave Arneson Game Day 2026!

For this event I have prepared a new world map for Blackmoor from my campaign!


This map is based on trying to combine features from:

• Dave Megarry's Blackmoor World Map
  
• Mystara's Pre-Cataclysmic World Map from the Hollow World Boxed Set
  
• Maps of the Wilderlands of High Fantasy (with suggested modifications by James Misher based on his conversations with Bob Bledsaw I)
  
• Some of my own twists and additions

I assume everything from  "The Rand" to "Faraz" are parts of the Thonian Empire?

You started this map fifteen years ago, at least. Back then, I recall half of the map was blank spaces. Now, countless hours of research later, few of those blank spaces remain. Good work, buddy! A labor of love, indeed.
