Yes, I think so. However, my inclination would be to assume Med-a to be the "real" name of an existing god, possibly Odir. (Odir bothers me anyway since it sounds to much like odor and is pretty clearly a cosmetic change to Odin.)
I wonder about this particular document though in terms of chronology. Is it Blackmoor's past or is it Blacmoors future? I'm leaning toward future.
Thoughts?

Strange, as reading it I thought it was an ancient story, perhaps due to the heavy presence of dragons in the lives of humans, that I probably associate mentally with a mythical past.
