The Temple of Poseidon... in Blackmoor
#1
I just came across The Temple of Poseidon, by Paul Reiche III, published on Dragon #46.
I think this is an adventure with a feel that is quite Blackmoorian (yes, you need to replace Poseidon with some other deity, but this is really minor reskinning...), of the lovecraftian kind of Blackmoor flavour that involves fish-men and ancient evil.
Did you encounter this adventure before? what do you think?
He's a real Nowhere man, sitting in his Nowhere land,
making all his Nowhere plans for Nobody.

Hmmmmm I think I'll need to go through my old Dragon mags & see if I have that issue, then I'll get back to you on that.

Wasn't there a statue of Poseidon in the original Blackmoor dungeon?

Yes, I think it's on the third level. We encountered it on our first dungeon adventure...

Right! I was thinking about your stories from that adventure. Thanks for chiming in Greg! Smile
