As part of Blackmoor Week 2016, Mark Craddock has posted stats for Blackmoor Cyborgs.

How would you use Cyborgs in a Blackmoor campaign?

Gee, npcs, random encounters, spies from the temple of the frog or city of the gods. The locals probably wouldn't recognize them as anything except humans unless they did something to expose their otherness.
