Yessss I've been in love with Monte Cook's Numenera project since when he announced it. This just adds to more of the reason to love it!

Found the gallery, thanks!
As you have noticed, this thread inspired my latest
blog post
There were a few things that seemed off about this game, but the art looks spectacular and its designed by Monte, so I am getting more and more interested by the moment here

Just got the core Numenera book in the mail.
Oh. My. God. 8)
This book is the most beautiful thing I have seen in a long while. The setting is strange and new, yet Monte Cook clearly understands the needs of players, meaning that the game is also geared towards players having interesting and competent PCs to discover the setting with.
With the thousands of standard fantasy settings out there, I am also thrilled to see something that is both different and yet not off-putting.
The maps and illustrations really help convey the atmosphere of this unusual world and makes me want to discover it. Now!
Anyone else get their copy yet?
