I think the best option might be to wait for WotC to open Blackmoor to the DMsGuild.

I realize that not all designers would be interested in releasing a product for free—they should absolutely be paid for their work. But if that's an impossibility, and they ultimately want the fans to be able to see what they've created after so many years, perhaps a fan production is a possibility.
