In Threshold, the Mystara Magazine, there is a series of articles: Returned Blackmoor, by Brian Rubinfeld.
I think they are very interesting and definitely worth of attention and of being played.
Here is the first article, form the Vaults of Pandius, introducing the Returned Blackmoor setting: http://www.pandius.com/retblkmr.html (originally published on Threshold #20)
Then there is The Egg be damned! and it is an adventure originally published on Threshold #22: http://www.pandius.com/eggbdamn.html
This is Returned Blackmoor General Map Information (published on the Vault of Pandius): http://www.pandius.com/retbmmap.html
Factions and Foes of Returned Blackmoor has not yet been transferred to the Vaults of Pandius and can be found on Threshold #26, at page 76 and following: http://pandius.com/Threshold_26.pdf
