[13th Age] Book of Ages refers to Temple of the Frog

In a discussion at the Piazza, talking about a 13th Age RPG supplement called Book of Ages, I pointed out similarities between one of the chapters and Dave Arneson's campaign:

Designer's notes goes all the way back to the original Temple of the Frog God to point out that sci-fi and D&D can go together.

Anyone here own this 13th Age book or other 13th Age material that might refer to Blackmoor?
