Today, while spending a lot of time thinking about a combat system for DUNGEONS & DRAGONS, I put together this document. It is just thoughts and not completely edited. I am going to use this (probably modified) for a combat system for DUNGEONS & DRAGONS.

An older thread, but a fun one. Radagast the Brown has posted some really neat files over the years, mostly his take on OD&D magic systems and so forth. This one on Arneson's combat was a little unwieldy but has some neat ideas in it.
