My friend Geoffrey, aka the Seer of Yhog came up with these stats for a Mystara convention game. They should work for Blackmoor too, so I thought I would post them here:

Seer of Yhog Wrote:This is NOT one of the mystery monsters, since it's been mentioned in previous posts. But if you wanted generic stats for a Mogrethian frogman (or Hluth-gur warrior), here you go...
Note that this is fully compatible with the frogman PC rules in GAZ F3.

Frogmen, sometimes called frogfolk, resemble bipedal frogs, averaging five feet in height and having lean builds. Their colouring ranges from dark greenish-brown to light yellow. They are common in the eastern swamplands of Mogreth, and have considerable autonomy in their towns and villages. Outside of Mogreth, they are found in large family groups in swamps and marshes, as well as on the shores of slow-moving rivers. Most frogfolk make a living by hunting and fishing, but in larger settlements practice many of the trades their human counterparts do.
Like their much-smaller cousins, frogfolk are amphibious, and can hold their breaths for almost 20 minutes. They are also expert swimmers. Unlike common frogs, juvenile frogmen do not go through a tadpole phase, but are instead wholly aquatic.
In combat, frogmen typically resort to hit-and-run tactics, with javelins and short swords being their most commonly used weapons. A frogman can leap up to 10’ vertically and 20’ horizontally in a single bound, but doing so is considered a full combat action. Frogmen are also as skilled in climbing walls and hiding in shadows as a thief of equivalent level.
