Were these for the MMRPG? I think I have heard of them, but I don't think they were ever available from the old ZGG site. I will check with my contacts to see if anyone has them.

I've never heard about in character Death Certificates before. I suppose they could be some sort of consolation prize for taking part in a high risk adventure.
