Blackmoor on Ghenrek IV and Gaia

Today i learnt that, when Arneson moved Blackmoor to the Judges Guild product line, it was placed on the planet with the other Judges Guild settings. The planet is Ghenrek IV.
Moreover, Gaia (2003) is Necromancer version of Judges Guild world aka Ghenrek IV. Gaia is an Earth-sized planet.

Interesting. I never knew JG products spanned more than one planet! Is there a map available anywhere that shows how Blackmoor circa 1977 fits up alongside the JG world with that grid of maps including one with the Valley of the Ancients?
