Tonnsborg in Greyhawk?

With the recent talk of Greg Svenson's Tonisborg, I was wondering about Greyhawk's equivalent. The town of Tonnsborg is located in the Archbarony of Blackmoor. It is detailed in the fan publication Oerth Journal #5 and also appears in Wolfgang Baur's Blackmoor adventures (set in Greyhawk) published in Dragon #115 and #126.

Does Tonnsborg appear in any other Greyhawk material?

Have any fans developed the Greyhawk version of this town?

Apart from the name, it seems to have little to do with Great Svenny's Tonisborg, as Greyhawk's Tonnsborg is a little outpost lost somewhere very far north, not far from the Land of the Black Ice, while Great Svenny's Tonisborg is in a central part of Blackmoor, pretty close to Blackmoor City (and, later on, to Vestfold).
On top of this Great Svenny's Tonisborg has a dungeon below
