What is the story with DAB061?

The MMRPG 3.5 Episode Passwords! thread has this in it:

DAB061: Not Released

There are two other episodes "DAB056" and "DAB058" that have "Does Not Exist - Error In Numbering", but this suggests that the episode might actually have been made (or maybe was under construction).

So what is the story with DAB061?

Did it get made?

Does it still exist somewhere?

Is it ever likely to become available?

I assumed that this was simply an error with numbering. Perhaps Sheridan knows more?

That's around the number under which when my adventure was released.

Apparently they had, uhmmm, some internal issues, to say the least.

Because, at least with my piece, they re-numbered it, like, twice, and got the title wrong in the end.

I think I recall something about changes among the MMRPG staff that led to this mess.

I thought I answered this already...double post somewhere perhaps?

Anyway, several numbers were reserved for adventures that ended up, for one reason or another, not being produced. One that comes to mind is "Even Deeper", a MMRPG conversion of additional levels of The Dungeons of Castle Blackmoor that were not converted in Episode 10. If the adventure got scrapped, the number never got reassigned.
