Issue indeed published, thanks RobJN who updated the post.
I've removed the call for feedback now as it pointed to the docs copies but now there is the pdf.
Any comment or suggestion about Skothar and Blackmoor is still obviously more than welcomed as I plan, time permitting, to continue the development of the continent in the future!
