I wouldn't say that the Inn Between the World is a ruin, as it regenerates itself daily... it is perhaps more like an artefact, in fact. Anyway, it is a very special case.

I think I will just change the heading to "Ruins and structures".

The Comeback Inn would also count as an artifact though, I agree with you there!
