Please let me know which spells you cast before you teleport back into the tomb. And let me know where you want to teleport to.

You all feel well rested after spending three days at Gaderon's house in Theben. Finally, you gather again, equipped and spells ready, and teleport back to the place where you left the tomb.

OOC: The dice roller seems to be out of roder, so I simply handwaive the teleportation for you as being successful.

IC: You materialize at about the same spot where you fought Rahotep's Sekem. The portal through which it appeared is still gone, with only a stone wall now being there. The other doors of bright red mahogany are still there though, their blue depictions of a wizard holding a crook aloft, subduing ravening demons and devils that cower below him, remaining unchanged. The lead seal with the cartouche of The Set Rahotep is yet unbroken...

Gaderon will enter the tomb as the last of the group, bidding a not unmelancholy farewell to the commodities and pleasantries of his home.

Once down there, he will content to let the others lead the way. Still feeling how the warmth of the house is slowly fading to the coldness of the dungeon, Gaderon is not eager to be the first to engage with the essence of the evil that haunts this place.

Sol will use Tizona to check the place where the portal was for magic.

The magic is gone from there. It's still very strong on the remaining portal though....

Kherim is happy to take the lead.

Ahi casts Negative Plane Protection on himself, Gaderon and Sol, and redies to cast a Prayer spell after they open the remaining portal.

Correction to the above after the restoration has gone through.
Strike the mention to prayer. Instead, Ahi casts a Heroes' Feast for everyone before they move.

Kherim holds the holy sword that Sol offered him, and moves to the door. He is ready to open it by any means possible.

Sol will simply prepare himself to deal with the unexpected...

Everyone is prepared for whatever will happen next. Drawing her short sword and moving to the side of the door, Eilkhan winks at Kherim and turns invisible.
The very moment that the paladin starts to break the lead cartouche that seals the portal, the door breaks asunder. Out of it steps another strange being, perhaps another aspect of Rahotep? This one is a figure of semi-transparent black radiance, as if made of dark smoky quartz, from which crackling energies fly like electrical sparks.

OOC: Declare your actions for round 1, please. The dice roller is online again, which means that you can use it for your combat rolls, as usual. I won't be at home over the weekend, so earliest posting from me will be on monday.

Sol will step to the left and strike at the thing with Tizona, but he is expecting something odd to happen when he hits it because of the appearance of the thing.

Three attacks (+4 to hit and +5 to damage, I didn't know what the adjustments would be for the various spells that are active, so those need to be added): 15/12, 23/12, 16/8
