No, Gaderon is still with the others on the stairs. I had misunderstood how "Bigby's forceful hand" works and thought I could use it to drive the skeletons back opening up the room to us, but it only works on one enemy at a time, so I couldn't use it to get us into the room safely.

We could still try putting the stoneskin on the heaviest member of the group and teleporting the rest of the party to the north end of the room. We could then take out the globes and hope that puts the skeletons out of action. I don't know if that will work or not.

Gaderon has not tried dispelling illusion on the skeletons, yet. That is something else we can try.

My confusion, sir C, but in the beginning of the battle Gaderon had exposed himself to the rays. I was not sure if he had retreated to the stairs, but did have that impression. Just wanted to be sure.

I'm thinking maybe Greg's plan is worth taking, as a desperate course of action. I don't have any more ideas. And since Kherim is fully healed now, he would volunteer for the stoneskin part. On the other hand, though, Sol has the ring that saves him from the rays, so he might be better equipped for standing resistance.

DM hint #2: You're still thinking too complicated. Even a non-D&D player could find the solution....

Don't know if I gave away too much here, but I want to keep this going, lol!

Q: So, if we are thinking to complicated, do the skeletons have a visible on/off switch or something like that?

Just as an update. Kherim is now at 79hp.
Ahi is at 45hp. I had said before he would heal himself again but I withdraw that action: he hurls with strength a flask of holy water at one of the golems, as he doesn't seem to have any good spell at the moment.

Kherim gives the rest of his Lay on Hands to heal Sol.
