Dammit. I only now noticed that Gaderon attempts to cast haste.

Now in 1st edition, this spell requires a system shock roll from everyone, making it potentially deadly if things go wrong. So my question to Greg is: Will Gaderon still cast it, or do you want to pick another spell?

I know, I know... 1st edition is pretty mean sometimes. But - in case some of you forgot it over the years - this is still a Gary Gygax memorial game, and so we play the rules by-the-book as much as possible, and you guys have to live with system shock for haste.....

I didn't realize that. Then Gaderon will levitate using his boots and prepare a disintegrate spell for next round.

Greg, the disintegrate spell in 1st edition only affects one creature or object. Gaderon could only eliminate one skeleton this way. Will he stick to his plan nevertheless?

Ail, the currently prayed-for spells from Ahi can all be found in the "spell choices" thread. I have updated the list after Ahi has been drained by the vampires, so it should be up to date. And the additional attack for Kherim in this round is cool with me.

Lol, but that was the change. The level-draining by the vamps was back then, and I immediately changed the amount of spells thereafter. I can't recall you announcing a new spell choice since then, so I suppose that the list is still valid.

Disintegrate is the best thing I can see to use, so I will stick with that. I am open to suggestions for other spells to use.

Well, in that case, Ahi casts Enmeshment in the middle of the skeletons, but please I'd like to reconsider if I can not aim it without catching Gaderon in the range. Perhaps if Gaderon is far away enough....

So uh yeah. I think we should think about moving on. Unless we all want to die here.
