Gaderon's one person restriction is for the dimension door spell. When using teleport, he can take along a total of 8500 GP in weight (850 pounds). This means that he would be able to take the whole group of prisoners via teleport back to the village of Aartuat, or even to the capital of Theben if he wants to do that.
